Effective Date: March 29, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Services operated by Antigravity Alliance Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation with operations in Cape Town, South Africa. The Services include:
- AllyOS: A school management and education SaaS platform
- The Kite & Wing Alliance: A community platform for kitesurfing, wingfoiling, and windsurfing
This policy supplements our Terms of Service and forms part of the agreement between you and Antigravity Alliance Inc., together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. It applies to all users, including schools, instructors, athletes, and community members.
These Services exist to serve our communities responsibly and safely. This policy protects that mission.
2. General Conduct
You agree to use the Services in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with our community values. Specifically, you will:
- Treat other users with respect and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about yourself, your certifications, your school or organization, and your experience.
- Use the Services for their intended purpose: managing and participating in education (AllyOS), connecting with the wind sports community, logging sessions, booking lessons, sharing knowledge, and improving the sport (The Kite & Wing Alliance).
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Services:
3.1 Safety & Integrity Violations (Applies to Both Services)
- Falsifying certifications or qualifications. Claiming instructor or professional certifications you do not hold, or misrepresenting your skill level or qualifications in a way that could endanger yourself or others. This applies to wind sports instruction and educational credentials in AllyOS.
- Falsifying session data. Logging wind sports sessions you did not complete, fabricating conditions, or manipulating sensor data to inflate XP or achievement scores.
- Manipulating rankings or scores. Using multiple accounts, bots, or coordinated activity to artificially inflate scores, XP, league standings, or achievement metrics.
- Providing unsafe instruction. Operating as an instructor, coach, or educator without appropriate certifications, insurance, or safety equipment for the conditions, environment, and student level.
3.2 Harmful Content
- Hate speech. Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Harassment & bullying. Targeted abuse, threats, intimidation, doxxing (sharing someone's private information without consent), or persistent unwanted contact.
- Sexually explicit content. Pornography, sexually explicit images, or sexual solicitation.
- Violent content. Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies violence (legitimate safety incident reports and injury discussions for educational purposes are permitted).
- Misinformation. Deliberately false information about safety practices, weather conditions, spot hazards, or equipment that could endanger others.
3.3 Commercial Misuse
- Spam. Unsolicited promotional messages, bulk outreach, or repetitive commercial posts in community spaces.
- Fake reviews. Writing false reviews (positive or negative) for schools, instructors, courses, spots, or gear. This includes paying for reviews or reviewing your own business or school under a separate account.
- Unauthorized commercial activity. Using the Services to sell products or services outside of designated marketplaces and booking features without our written permission.
- Price manipulation. Schools or organizations listing artificially low prices to attract bookings with the intent to upsell or bait-and-switch.
- Competitor scraping. Systematically collecting data from the Services (user profiles, school listings, course listings, spot data, pricing) for use on competing platforms.
3.4 Technical Abuse
- Unauthorized access. Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Reverse engineering. Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the Services.
- Automated abuse. Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to interact with the Services without written permission (API access is available for approved partners).
- Malicious code. Uploading viruses, malware, trojans, or any code designed to harm the platform or its users.
- Denial of service. Any action intended to overload, disrupt, or degrade the Services.
- Circumventing security. Bypassing authentication, exploiting vulnerabilities, or tampering with security controls.
3.5 Privacy Violations
- Data harvesting. Collecting personal information of other users (emails, phone numbers, locations) for purposes unrelated to your legitimate use of the platform.
- Unauthorized recording. Recording or capturing private communications (messages, video calls) without the consent of all participants.
- Location stalking. Using check-in or session data to track another user's movements or location without their knowledge and consent.
4. AllyOS School & Organization Rules
Schools, educational institutions, and organizations operating on AllyOS additionally agree to:
- Maintain accurate and current pricing, availability, course information, and organization details.
- Respond to enrollment and booking requests within 24 hours or set availability to reflect actual capacity.
- Honor confirmed bookings and course enrollments except in cases of unsafe conditions or force majeure.
- Maintain valid business licenses, appropriate liability insurance, and operating permits for their jurisdiction.
- Not use student or participant data obtained through AllyOS for purposes unrelated to the student's enrolled courses or booked services.
- Treat instructors, staff, and students fairly and in compliance with applicable labor and education laws.
- Protect student data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
5. Instructor & Educator Rules (Applies to Both Services)
Instructors, coaches, educators, and training professionals on the Services agree to:
- Accurately represent their certifications, experience level, education credentials, and areas of expertise.
- Not instruct, coach, or teach beyond their certification level or in conditions/subjects beyond their demonstrated competence.
- Prioritize student, participant, and user safety above all else.
- Report safety incidents and concerns through the platform's reporting tools.
- Not solicit students, participants, or clients away from an organization that employs them using the Services' messaging system without permission.
- Comply with all applicable professional ethics standards and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction.
6. Community Guidelines (The Kite & Wing Alliance)
6.1 Forums, Discussion Spaces & Social Features (Pulse, Agora)
- Stay on topic within designated community spaces.
- Disagree respectfully — wind sports communities have passionate debates and that's healthy, but personal attacks are not.
- Do not post spoilers for competition results in general forums (use designated threads).
- Give credit when sharing others' photos, videos, or content.
6.2 Reviews & Ratings
- Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience with the school, instructor, course, or spot.
- Include specific, constructive feedback — not just star ratings.
- Schools, instructors, and organizations may respond to reviews publicly but may not threaten, bribe, intimidate, or pressure reviewers.
- Antigravity Alliance reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or violate this policy.
6.3 Spot Data, Check-Ins & Activity Logging
- Only check in at spots or session locations you are actually present at or have recently visited.
- Do not check in to spots in bulk or with false data to artificially inflate spot activity statistics.
- Respect local spot etiquette, access rules, and environmental regulations in your posts and journal entries.
- If a spot has restricted or private access, do not publish detailed access instructions without explicit landowner or authority permission.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy:
- In-app: Use the "Report" button on any post, profile, review, course listing, or message.
- General violations: report@thekitealliance.com
- Urgent safety concerns: safety@thekitealliance.com
All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may remain anonymous when filing a report.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, at our discretion:
| Severity |
Examples |
Action |
| Warning |
Minor spam, off-topic posts, mild language |
Content removed + written warning |
| Temporary Suspension |
Harassment, fake reviews, repeated warnings |
7–30 day account suspension |
| Permanent Ban |
Safety fraud, hate speech, technical attacks, certification fraud |
Account permanently terminated |
| Legal Action |
Data theft, unauthorized access, malicious attacks |
Account terminated + referral to law enforcement |
We apply enforcement proportionally. Context matters — a first-time minor offense is treated differently from a pattern of abuse.

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@thekitealliance.com within 14 days of the action. Include your username, account email, and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision. You will receive a response within 7 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date and communicated through in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
